Among today’s rapidly developing technologies, 3D printing is one of the most exciting areas. Wide applicability and design freedom bring advantages that every military force wants to take advantage of. However, these skills may be needed not only in industrial facilities, but also in field conditions. In our article, we examine the conditions for the field applicability of additive manufacturing technology and outline the most important features and capabilities that can make the necessary technical devices suitable for battlefield operation.

A széles körű alkalmazhatóság, a tervezési szabadság olyan előnyöket hordoz, amelyeket minden haderő ki szeretne használni. Ezekre a képességekre azonban nem csupán ipari létesítményekben, hanem tábori körülmények között is szükség lehet. In his encyclical Laudato si’, issued in 2015, Pope Francis not only spoke out against extremist ideologies, but also formulated the position of the Catholic Church in the relationship between man and the surrounding world. The Lord’s greatest gift to man is the power with which he can shape his environment. This gives us the opportunity to take care of the created world, but we must also see that strength is also a power that can not only create, but also destroy. Ferenc pápa 2015-ben kibocsátott Laudato si’ kezdetű enciklikájában nemcsak a szélsőséges ideológiákkal szemben emelt szót, hanem megfogalmazta a katolikus egyház álláspontját is ember és a környező világ kapcsolatában. A teremtő legnagyobb ajándéka az ember számára az erő, amellyel formálni képes a környezetét. Ez ad lehetőséget arra, hogy gondoskodjunk a teremtett világról, de azt is látnunk kell, hogy az erő egyben hatalom is, amely nemcsak teremteni, hanem rombolni is tud. A szervezett emberi közösségek közötti konfliktusoknak, a társadalmak egymás ellen viselt háborúinak elsődleges célja a szemben álló seregek katonáinak harcképtelenné tétele, emellett a korai háborúkban a teremtett világ pusztítása elsősorban az ember által teremtett városokat érintette. A háború, noha az emberek közötti konfliktus kiterjesztése, rendszerint a teremtett világ pusztulásával is járt.

Security in the 21^st century has become a complex factor. There are many known determinants of our sense of security (e.g. social, political, economic, environmental, military, IT, financial, health, home affairs, etc.) due to changes in our environment and culture (our knowledge). Every day, we are faced with various new technical tools and equipment. These are more or less affecting our lives, thoughts, and behaviour. In the selection of military leaders, it is necessary to strive for objective benchmarking based on innovative definition of military leadership competencies and to have a uniform and high-level training in line with the new challenges nowadays.

The use of armed forces to achieve political goals is one of the oldest and most effective tools of states. The Prussian officer and military scientist Car von Clausewitz, who is still internationally recognised to this day, identified war as a political tool, or more precisely, the state’s ultimate tool for achieving its goals. After the cold war, developed
states basically sought to settle their disputes peacefully, up until 2022. However, war, i.e. the use of military force, has not ceased to exist. There are still cases when states are forced to resort to this tool to achieve their political goals, often in order to maintain international peace and order.

A napjainkig is nemzetközileg elismert porosz tiszt és hadtudós Carl von Clausewitz a háborút politikai eszközként azonosította, pontosabban az állam legvégső eszközeként céljai elérésére. A hidegháború utáni időszakban a fejlett államok alapvetően békésen törekedtek vitás kérdéseik rendezésre, egészen 2022-ig. After September 1939, Poland (so called then as Second Polish Republic) fell apart. A government in exile was set up in France. Here they discussed possible ways of reorganising the Polish Air Force and how to carry it out. The soldiers fled through Romania and Hungary to France, where they were allowed to train and deploy after the reorganisation. But in 1940, after France’s capitulation, the entire crew was evacuated to Britain.

Itt tárgyaltak a Lengyel Légierő újjászervezésének lehetséges módjairól és kivitelezéséről. The First World War saw the loss of more prisoners of war than any previous major war. My study will focus on the fate of the soldiers of the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy who were taken prisoner by Russia. Within this, I focus primarily on the European part of Russia. I will try to show the placement of prisoners of war, the prison camps, and I will
also provide statistics on those who died in a Russian prisoner of war camp (Yelabuga, Kazan district).

The number of people suffering from diabetes is constantly increasing, and this also affects those who serve in the military. Actual knowledge of blood sugar levels is essential to avoiding extremely high and low blood sugar values. New technologies are now available for the treatment of diabetes, which offers a good opportunity for soldiers with diabetes to be deployed for various military missions. This paper discusses one such new sensor technology, the continuous glucose monitoring system. The study presents the connections between diabetes and health fitness, analyses the application possibilities, advantages, and possible disadvantages of the sensor system, focusing on the specifics of its use in the military environment. Due to the military environment, the study examines the vulnerability of the system and the threats that can be applied against it.

A cukorbetegségben szenvedők száma folyamatosan növekszik, ez pedig a katonai szolgálatot ellátókat is egyre nagyobb mértékben érinti. A vércukorszint aktuális ismerete és nyomon követése alapvető fontosságú az extrém magas és alacsony vércukorértékek elkerülésében. A diabétesz kezelésében ma már elérhetők olyan új technológiák, amelyek jó lehetőséget nyújtanak abban, hogy a diabéteszes katonák igénybe vehetők legyenek különböző katonai feladatokban. A tanulmány egy ilyen új szenzortechnológiát, a folyamatos glükózmonitorozásra alkalmas szenzorrendszert tárgyalja. Bemutatja a cukorbetegség és az egészségi alkalmasság összefüggéseit, elemezi a szenzorrendszer alkalmazási lehetőségeit, előnyeit, esetleges hátrányait, kitérve a katonai környezet sajátosságaira. A katonai környezetből adódóan vizsgálja a rendszer sebezhetőségét, a vele szemben alkalmazható fenyegetéseket.

Through examining recently passed regulations in the world of elite sports, this article analyses the situation of trans and intersex athletes from multiple perspectives. The
authors aim to provide insight into the current situation regarding the regulation of international sporting organisations. To achieve this, they have used various examples, regulations, and the opinions of elite athletes. The objective is to analyse the impact of the absence of regulation on female athletes at the elite level. It is important to understand where the line between discrimination and the need to give everyone a fair chance lies. In addition to sports, the article also looks at gender issues in other areas, such as the military and education.

Both the hospital and prehospital providers must prepare for mass casualty events. If this event can be linked to a crime, special medical professionals from law enforcement will also appear in addition to civilian providers. It is important, that the site provider and hospital workers in the receiving institution can handle the emergency situation based on a professional guideline. Primary casualty classification is at least as important as on-site care and notification and provision of reception facilities. A priority goal is to reduce time loss due to inactivity and chaos to zero, which requires accurate knowledge of classification (triage) and related procedural and reporting algorithms (CSCATTT, METHANE). Following this supply principle, communication can be standardised, as a result of which the loss of time on site can be reduced to a minimum. The goal for all patients is to get them to a definitive place of care as soon as possible.

Humanitarian aid can be seen as a political investment motivated by altruism or by economic benefits for the donor. Although the humanitarian sector has gained prominence in the management of contemporary conflicts, data on the diversity of organisations involved in humanitarian aid are scarce. Through a complex progression of world events and largely brought about in response to armed conflict, modern humanitarian aid is
provided by a multitude of organisations and actors. Natural disasters are phenomena which strike countries all around the world.

A humanitárius segélyt tekinthetjük politikai befektetésnek, amelyet az önzetlenség vagy az adományozó gazdasági előnyei motiválnak.
