Absztrakt
A tanulmány a 21. századi háború szinergikus jellegét vizsgálja, amely túlmutat a hagyományos katonai konfliktusokon. A modern hadviselés hibrid formákban jelenik meg, magában foglalva a kiber-, információs, gazdasági és pszichológiai hadviselést és az erőforrásokért folytatott küzdelem stratégiai szerepét. A technika fejlődése és a nem állami szereplők növekvő befolyása új kihívásokat teremt az etikai és jogi normák alkalmazásában. A cikk célja, hogy feltárja a kortárs háborús konfliktusok kezeléséhez szükséges új elméleti, jogi és stratégiai megközelítéseket a globális biztonságpolitika környezetében.
