Abstract
The study examines the complexity, synergistic nature, and multidimensional characteristics of 21st-century warfare, which extends beyond traditional military conflicts. Modern warfare manifests in hybrid forms, encompassing cyber, informational, economic, and psychological warfare, as well as the strategic role of climate change and resource competition. The advancement of technology and the growing influence of non-state actors pose new challenges for the application of ethical and legal norms. The article aims to explore the new theoretical, legal, and strategic approaches necessary for managing contemporary war conflicts within the complex landscape of global security policy.
