Challenges of Intercultural Education in the XXI. Century

Abstract

Intercultural education can be closely linked to the topic of my dissertation (Factors influencing the requirements of junior leaders at the beginning of their  career), especially from the aspect of social impacts the future leader, though  noting that the problem is not new. Further, I am convinced that the future of a  junior generation of officers is an inevitable task in a multicultural environment,  even in a home environment where it can carry out a task in support of primary  national interests or by transferring knowledge from one's own experience to  the knowledge that can help, they can make their work easier.
