Abstract
Like forces fighting the armed conflicts of previous ages, one or the other party facing today’s hybrid wars from time to time takes advantage of the tactical benefits offered by incendiary weapons. The revival of this philosophy is also reflected in the images of news coming to us from time to time from the tension zones of the world. Based on his extensive knowledge of chemical protection and fire protection, as well as his practical experience, the author of this article presents the importance of firearms primarily from its historical perspectives and through the beginnings of the war practice of past ages, analysing how the use of firearms to support armed struggle has changed.
