Possibilities of Military Augmentation of the Military National Security Service in a Special Legal Order

Abstract

This study presents the possibilities of the military augmentation available to the Military National Security Service (MNSS) in a special legal order. The author of
this paper groups the personnel that can be deployed in the main areas of expertise based on the general military and special tasks carried out by the MNSS (as a National Security Service) and also the needs for possible economic and material services. We can get informed on the required tasks that are necessary for their application. Due to the narrow scope of this study we did not seek to list all possible areas of expertise nor intend to discuss the issue of the augmentation of the personnel to carry out tasks
requiring special internal training as the time needed to complete this training is not available during special legal order.
