Recommendations of the Holy See Concerning the Handling of Victims of Human Trafficking

Abstract

Due to the global feature of the phenomenon of migration in recent years, the number of exploited victims of traffickers has significantly increased. For this reason, several international institutes and NGOs and even the Holy See put forward definite proposals concerning the possible causes and solutions. The study mainly analyses sexual exploitation as a prime problem determined by Pope Francis illustrated by the example of the countries of origin, referring the hungarian legal regulation.
