Sufficient (Desirable) Pedagogic-Psychological Parameters of the Persons, Taking Part in the Process of Reintegration

Abstract

The article analyzes the reintegration, (re)socialization process and its personal aspects based on some well-known psychological models. It deviates for the different area of the primary and secondary socialization (family, institution, social) as well as the effects of different organizational cultures on resocialization and reintegration. The use of research data attempts to isolate groups of different tasks for reintegration (resocialization). The secondary aim of this article is to help the stockbrew and the interested parties to recall theoretical and practical research recently to reintegrate into actual professional knowledge.
