Abstract

There must be a leader at the top of all organisations and enterprises due to the fact that those without leadership are sentenced to death. One of the greatest challenges of the 21st century is the rapidly changing environment. In order to reduce staff turnover and strengthen team spirit, leaders and people in duties must permanently train themselves to ensure they have appropriate leadership skills, which improve the efficiency of their own as well as their subordinates. Different leadership qualities require different training systems. In this article I compare leadership trainings in the business sector and the Hungarian Defence Forces.
