Material Resources Held by Professional Orders, Key to Operational Support

Abstract

To handle events that trigger a special legal order and all forms of defense connected to these events need a certain amount of material resources. The starting point for organizing the material supply for defense is to determine where, when and how much resources we need to be available. As for defense planners, it is vitally important to know the volume of the material of different purpose to be delivered, their location in the supply chain and the timing of resupply. The article looks at these considerations from the aspect of disaster relief.
