Additions to the Hungarian Interpretation and History of the Defense Constitution and Defense Constitutional Law

Abstract

This paper makes a briefly outline about the historical trends of thinking about the constitutional dimension of armed defense. In this aspect, the author aims to synthetize the international and historical patterns with the national regulation’s antecedents. This experiences can be useful in settling and developing the present constitutional issues of armed defense. This paper, therefore, analyzes the Hungarian regulation on the basis of theoretical and historical investigations and highlights its major intervention points.
