Comparative Analysis of the National Regulation of Special Legal Order Just Before and After the Hungarian Constitution Came into Force

Abstract

Following the change of the regime, the constitutional, statutory rules of the special legal order and the changes that have occurred in the meantime prove that in some cases it was necessary to amend the rules of the supreme legal hierarchy. In this article, the author examines the reasons and factors that led to some of the necessary changes. By comparative analysis, she examines the similarities, differences and the justifications of the domestic rules of the current and the previous period.
