National Defense Management and Disaster Management System - Level of Implementation

Abstract

One of the complex systems of defence management is disaster management, the scope of tasks and activities of which have been developed especially for emergency situations from the special legal periods. I will present this and the preparation for this in two studies: the first in the government level, the second in the professional disaster management body, and the tasks of the local and regional authorities in this area.
