The Role of Speed Control in Accident Prevention

Abstract

The Author examined the conformation of the number of the lethal road traffic accidents in correlation with the development of police speed control practise and stock of device. He also examined the effects of the law controlled decrease and increase of speed limits. He stated that there is a correlation between the number of speed control and the lethal accidents’ set of numbers. With the decreased number of the speed control there was a rise in the number of death cases in road accidents, while the increase in the number of speed control was followed by the decrease of the number of death cases in road traffic accidents.
