Digitálisan közvetített valóság és döntéshozatali sérülékenység

Absztrakt

A modern katonai műveletekben a döntéshozatal egyre inkább digitálisan közvetített információs térben zajlik. A mesterséges intelligencia (MI) alapú döntéstámogató rendszerek és az immerzív technológiák (VR/XR) alkalmazása jelentős előnyöket kínál az információfeldolgozás, a helyzettudatosság és a kiképzés területén. Ugyanakkor ezek a technológiák nemcsak információforrásként működnek, hanem aktívan alakítják a döntéshozók valóságészlelését, figyelmi fókuszát és a technológiába vetett bizalom dimenzióit az ítéletalkotásban. A tanulmány célja egy olyan elméleti keret kidolgozása, amely bemutatja, hogy az MI- és XR-alapú rendszerek milyen pszichológiai mechanizmusokon keresztül alakítják a katonai döntéshozatalt, különös tekintettel a digitálisan közvetített döntési helyzetekből fakadó sérülékenységre. A meglévő modellek jellemzően egy-egy mechanizmusra fókuszálnak, ezért a jelenségek integrált értelmezésére jelen tanulmány egy új elméleti keretet, a digitálisan közvetített döntéshozatal pszichológiai modelljét vezeti be, amely az észlelési, a kognitív és a bizalmi dimenziók kölcsönhatásán keresztül értelmezi a döntéshozatal torzulásait.  A tanulmány áttekinti az automatizációs torzítás, a kognitív túlterhelés és tehermentesítés, valamint az immerzív szimulációk percepciós hatásainak szerepét a katonai döntésekben, és rámutat arra, hogy e tényezők együttesen növelhetik a döntési torzulások kockázatát.
