Törökország és a türk országok kapcsolata (1991–2018)
Integrációs törekvések, gazdasági együttműködések és stratégiai kapcsolatok

Absztrakt
A tanulmány Törökország és a türk országok (Azerbajdzsán, Kazahsztán, Kirgizisztán, Türkmenisztán, Üzbegisztán) közötti kapcsolatokat vizsgálja a Szovjetunió felbomlása utáni időszaktól 2018-ig terjedően. Jelen elemzés arra tesz kísérletet, hogy vázolja azt a többdimenziós politikát, amelyet Törökország az elmúlt évtizedekben folytat/folytatott az említett országokkal. Az egyik központi kérdés, hogy Törökország milyen mértékben tudja befolyását érvényesíteni a független türk országokban, és egyáltalán mennyire tekinthető meghatározónak Ankara ezen irányú politikája. E kérdés mentén haladva az elemzés során bemutatom Törökország integrációs törekvéseit, amelyek a Türk Tanács létrehozásával új szintre léptek, valamint a meghatározó gazdasági együttműködéseket, hiszen Törökországnak jelentős gazdasági érdekei vannak ezen országokkal. Az elmúlt évtizedben nagymértékben erősödtek a stratégiai, védelmi kapcsolatok, amelyben Ankara szintén meghatározó szerepre törekszik.
