A nukleáris fegyverek és a hadviselés természete a termonukleáris korszakban

Absztrakt
A tanulmány a nukleáris fegyverek és a stratégiai rakétaerők megjelenéséből kiindulva elemzi, miként alakult át a hadviselés természete és a politikai racionalitás értelmezési kerete a termonukleáris korszakban. Az elemzés nemzetközi és hazai szakirodalmi áttekintésre, valamint kvalitatív tematikus tartalomelemzésre épül, különös figyelemmel az elrettentés stabilitási feltételeire, a döntéshozatali torzításokra, a technikai-szervezeti korlátokra és az eszkalációs kockázatokra. Az eredmények szerint a nukleáris fegyverek használhatatlansági paradoxona egyszerre stabilizáló és destabilizáló hatású: miközben korlátozza a közvetlen nagyhatalmi háború lehetőségét, válsághelyzetekben növeli a félreértésekből fakadó eszkaláció esélyét. A tanulmány következtetése szerint a nukleáris arzenál strukturális kockázati környezetként értelmezhető, amelynek elemzése túlmutat a katonai logikán, és normatív, humanitárius és környezeti dimenziók bevonását is megköveteli.
