A légi fölény és a hibrid hadviselés átalakulása a 21. században: katonai, politikai és etikai dimenziók

Absztrakt
A 21. század hadviselése radikálisan átalakult: a klasszikus légi fölény fogalma relativizálódott, és a multidomain hadviselés logikája került előtérbe. A modern légierő nem csupán katonai erő alkalmazására szolgál, hanem integrált szerepet játszik a politikai üzenetformálásban, az információs és kiberhadviselésben, valamint a pszichológiai hatások kiváltásában. A drónhadviselés és az autonóm fegyverrendszerek elterjedése új stratégiai, etikai és jogi dilemmákat vet fel, amelyek a szuverenitás, a legitimáció és a felelősség kérdését új alapokra helyezik. A dolgozat a légierő multidimenzionális szerepét elemzi a modern hibrid háborúkban, különös tekintettel a politikai filozófiai és etikai kihívásokra.
