Factors Influencing the Development of Military Leadership Thinking from the Change of Regime to Date

Abstract
The development of military leadership thinking has taken on a new dimension after the end of the infulence of the Soviet regime on the Hungarian army, which soon became a member of NATO. This enormous turn resulted in persistently developing new requirements permanently shaping the life of the Hungarian army, thus generating new defiances for military leaders. It is inevitable to meet the requirements of various challenges, which is now an ultimate expectation after the past 30 years. On the other hand, there is a constant need for adopting to the changes, which are complicated by the evolution of society and the setup of different generations.
