Further Education – Promoting the Military?

Abstract

The increasing competition on the labour market results in companies and various institutions having to earn the loyalty of their prospective employees sooner and sooner in time. This paper deals with the enrollment possibilities to military schools and educational facilities. Relying on my multiple years of experience as teacher I intend to provide ideas how the military can offer more attractive career paths to youngsters.
