Abstract

This issue may form the basis of the essay, assist in the development of leadership skills and attitudes of prospective graduate officers (reserve officers) and non-commissioned
officers, aligned with the 21st century challenges.
    It can also serve as a basis for the training and preparation of cadets/military officers and graduate officers starting their military career in practice, for the renewal of military socialisation, as it adapts to the characteristics of the new generation.
