Leadership Styles with the Policemen’ Eyes: Laissez-faire Style

Abstract
One of the leadership styles (laissez-faire) from Lewin were analysed in the study, which were compared with ‘survey’ results from the year 2018. Beyond source criticism, analysis and synthesis I could use quantitative tools, and could conduct correlation and efficiency calculations, too.
