Stratégiai autonómia és energiabiztonság

Absztrakt

A tanulmány célja, hogy feltárja az EU energiabiztonságának és stratégiai autonómiájának összefüggéseit a globális geopolitikai környezet változásainak tükrében. A tanulmány központi hipotézise, hogy az EU stratégiai autonómiájának elérése elengedhetetlen a fenntartható energiabiztonság megteremtéséhez, ám ez nem valósítható meg az EU autonómiája nélkül. Az elemzés rávilágít arra, hogy az EU energetikai átmenete során fennáll a veszélye annak, hogy az orosz energiafüggőséget új, elsősorban Kínával és az Egyesült Államokkal szembeni függőség váltsa fel. A tanulmány áttekinti az EU energiabiztonsági kihívásait, bemutatja az energia- és klímapolitikai célok közötti egyensúlykeresést, és elemzi az EU geopolitikai helyzetét a globális energetikai rendszer átalakulása közepette. A következtetések alapján a tanulmány javaslatokat tesz arra, hogyan érheti el az EU a stratégiai autonómiáját a fenntartható energiabiztonság biztosítása mellett, hangsúlyozva a közös külpolitika és diplomácia fontosságát az egységes és hatékony uniós energiastratégia kialakításában.
