Abstract

After reviewing the complex phenomenon of child soldiery and examining the international legal standards and the relevant reports, in the third part of the study we review the relevant structural and legal frameworks of fight against child soldiery. As part of it, we also discuss the United Nations’ important resolutions, and finally we implement the theoretical questions on practice through the case study of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
