Abstract
The current article examines the changes that took place at the geopolitical, regional and local level of the Ukrainian crisis in the past three years. It discusses the reasons behind the declining international attention devoted to the crisis, the attitude of international players (the Russian Federation, the United States, the European Union, Ukraine) also the achievements and failures of the Ukrainian internal changes.
