Abstract

To reach complex safety of Hungary it is a must that catastrophe management units can react effectively and professionally to a terrorist blast attack accomplished inside the country territory. To do so it is an inevitable criterion to continuously provide the necessary resources during the prevention period as well as the operative implementation. This study shows the complexity of defusing and eliminate possible damages caused by blasting outrages, which are highly endangering the safety of our nation; it also points out what special knowledge is necessary. Furthermore by focusing on the abovementioned risk it makes recommendations with regard to the fire services; this could result in an improvement in the fight against terrorism.
