Abstract

The study examines some organizational questions of Hungarian national security community between 1990 and 2012 (2016). The organizational changes of Hungarian national security sector have to be enlightened by its own historical context and as a part of the whole security structure. According to this we have to keep in mind and note the fact that for structural changes a few months, for wide and stable legal background more years, but for a real cultural change even more time is needed. Two or three decades of experience itself is enough as a point of reference, but despite the name of a declared consolidation and continuing change the questions are still cases at issue.
