Abstract

The study presents methods of research on the organisational culture in a county police headquarters and its background. It aims at providing a principle for conducting law enforcement researches in the future. The author touches on the theoretical background of the organisational culture on the one hand, and the actual challenges on the other. In addition, the author presents an entire methodology of research.
