A személyiségjegyek és a szervezetek típusai közötti kapcsolat vizsgálatának tervezése információbiztonsági aspektusból
Beyond a technical part of IT security there is another element, and that is security culture. Distinct organizational types need different attitudes, therefore a question arises, whether there are any dependencies between types of organization, managers’ attitudes and security culture. The first step in this research is to prove the existence of any correlation between types of organizations and managers’ behavior.

Nowadays illegal migration has become a problem of European significance. Hungary is a transit country from the perspective of illegal migration, but in 2015 illegal migration affected the country on a mass scale. The handling of the massed illegal migration required special policing measures. Strict border control is irreducible if the current illegal migration processes continue long term.

The analysis of completed human trafficking cases shows that the committing of this crime is extended in space and it is carried out not only across the external Schengen borders but also in the area of free movement and across internal borders. Based on border policing experience and statistical data, the study examines the impact the integrated measures (taken to manage this rapidly evolving security challenge) had on the intensity and modi operandi of people smuggling.

He repeated an examination focusing on corruption that was taken recently with police and gave it to young recruits preparing for a police profession. The author examined the police students’ personal observations on corruption and the factors that influence their opinion in connection with the topic. The author also searched for the answer as to which profession police recruits most connect to corruption and those corruption cases that are the most harmful to society. He also examined the students’ theories on how these corruption cases occur and spread.

It is a fact that the “Közbiztonság”, which was edited by József Forster and published in 1869, was the first Hungarian police journal. The main purpose of this paper is to show the circumstances of its beginning and the brief history of the journal, the main articles on aspects of the history of policing, and the Thaisz-Forster libel case that caused the expiry of the “Közbiztonság”.

Nationalisation (1919) was a decisive moment in the life of the Hungarian Police Force, after which, modelled on the Budapest police force, the united Royal Hungarian State Police was created. After nationalisation, the leadership of the Ministry of the Interior and of the Police Force paid special attention to the training and supply of the staff. This included the Prime Ministerial Decree that regulated the police positions to be filled, the system of training for police noncommissioned officers, the range of theoretical and practical knowledge to be taught, the system of training courses and the examination requirements.
