Alkustratégiák az Európai Tanácsban

Absztrakt
Az Európai Unió hosszú távú jövőjével kapcsolatos legfontosabb döntések az Európai Tanácsban (EiT) születnek. Az állam- és kormányfők határozzák meg az új politikai irányvonalakat és döntenek a szerződésmódosításról. Az EiT döntéshozatali folyamatáról mégis nagyon keveset tudunk, így arról is, hogy a tagországok milyen módon igyekeznek érdekeiket érvényre juttatni a tárgyalások során. Jelen tanulmány azokat az alkustratégiákat tárja fel, amelyeket az államok visszatérően alkalmaznak az Európai Tanács ülésein, illetve a kormányközi konferenciákon.
