Abstract
Between 15 March and 15 June 2018, the adjudicating and non-litigious panels of the Curia of Hungary examined the implementation of the following fundamental rights issues: freedom of expression and freedom of the press [Article IX, paragraphs (1) and (2) of the Fundamental Law of Hungary], the right to succession [Article XIII, paragraph (1) of the Fundamental Law of Hungary], and the presumption of innocence principle [Article XXVIII, paragraph (2) of the Fundamental Law of Hungary].
