Abstract
Under the definition of “criminal intelligence” I mean an intelligence activity carried out with covered identity and purpose or only hiding the purpose of the activity by the investigators. I will present the implementation of this intelligence activity and the development of the legality requirements for the application from the development of the organizational system and legal framework of modern law enforcement activity from the end of the 19th century to the present day.
