Abstract
The study is concerned with the implementation of an environmental principle and its possible extension to the protection of other fundamental values. It considers the family as a legal, social and natural value, part of the natural basis of human life. The personality and humanity of the human person is also a fundamental value, which is formed and needs to be protected within the family. The family as a community of love enhances the civilisational value of love. It is also forbidden to retreat from this.
