Fundamental Rights Cases of the Curia of Hungary between 1 January and 15 March 2020

Abstract
Between 1 January and 15 March 2020, the adjudicating and non-litigious panels of the Curia of Hungary examined the implementation of the following fundamental rights issues: right to respect for one’s private and family life [Article VI, paragraph (1) of the Fundamental Law of Hungary], right to have access to information of public interest [Article VI, paragraph (3) of the Fundamental Law of Hungary], freedom of expression [Article IX, paragraph (1) of the Fundamental Law of Hungary], and the prohibition of discrimination [Article XV, paragraph (2) of the Fundamental Law of Hungary].
