Gyermekek kényszerű áttelepítése az orosz–ukrán konfliktusban

Absztrakt
A tanulmány az ukrán gyermekek kényszerű áttelepítésének kérdését vizsgálja az orosz–ukrán konfliktus kontextusában. Nemzetközi szervezetek és kutatóintézetek jelentéseit feldolgozva áttekintést ad arról, miként értelmezhetők a dokumentált esetek a nemzetközi jog keretein belül. A tanulmány részletesen bemutatja a nemzetközi humanitárius jog gyermekek védelmére vonatkozó szabályait, különösen az erőszakos kitelepítések és deportálások szempontjából. Ezek alapján elemzi, hogy az áttelepítések a gyakorlatban mennyiben illeszkednek a jog által meghatározott követelményekhez, és hol mutatkoznak eltérések azokhoz képest. A tanulmány az áttelepítések folyamatát lépésről lépésre követve vázolja a vonatkozó jogi előírásokat, és értékeli, hogy a dokumentált esetek miként valósulnak meg mindezek tükrében. Zárásként pedig a lehetséges nemzetközi büntetőjogi vonatkozásokat is feltérképezi.
