Absztrakt
Between September 2014 and December 2014, the Curia of Hungary rendered important decisions in respect of the following fundamental rights issues: right to human dignity [Article II of the Fundamental Law], right to the protection of one’s family life [Article VI, paragraph (1) of the Fundamental Law], right to have access to information of public interest [Article VI, paragraph (2) of the Fundamental Law], freedom of expression [Article IX of the Fundamental Law], limitations on expropriation [Article XIII, paragraph (2) of the Fundamental Law], right of access to the courts and right of appeal [Article XXVIII, paragraphs (1) and (7) of the Fundamental Law].
