Why and How Can We Become Effective and Successful Engineers?

The “Brain Maintenance” Concept and “Nobel Beers” Motivation in Radar Technology Education

doi: 10.32560/rk.2025.1.10

Abstract

The “Brain Maintenance” and “Nobel Beers” educational concepts, developed at the Faculty
of Engineering of the University of Debrecen, reinforce fundamental engineering skills through
examples of radar technology. This method responds to the rapid technological changes unfolding with Industry 4.0 and the integration of Industry 5.0 and artificial intelligence (AI) into all areas of life, placing particular emphasis on the continuous development of generally expected basic engineering skills, which may also contribute to the revival of domestic military engineering
education.
