Abstract
A significant change has emerged in the use of unmanned aerial vehicle system since December 31, 2020, when the EU Implementing Regulation entered into force, which determines the execution of the flight missions with these equipments. The implementing regulation provides a framework for the Member States and sets the principles. Although it is an implementing regulation that is binding in its entirety and is directly applicable in all Member States, in certain domains the countries may derogate from it and impose stricter conditions. This article presents how some Member States deviate from this framework.
