Application of Pairwise Comparison to Investigate Technical Experts’ Opinion

Abstract

Maintenance management decisions characterize the departmentalism and moral scale of values of experts, in other words the way of their thinking. This paper presents the results of a micro experiment that is a part of a larger-scale analysis and the conclusions that can be drawn from them. The demonstrated results justify the hypothesis of the Author, as well as the basis for his further research.
