Leightweigt Vehicle Rear Suspension Optimization

Abstract

Our research aims are an international competition designed for fuel-saving vehicles, lightweight race prototype vehicle rear suspension design, design process, execution, and then the manufactured component testing, measurement and evaluation. The vehicle's carbon-composite monocoque-sub has a chassis of modular construction, pipe structure in order to assemble, use of future development potential. We took into account the experience gained from the previous year, followed up by a recements, feasibility and sustainability. After execution of the completed parts we want to measure the distortion between actual charges and compare the results of the simulations.
