Abstract

Under the Modern Cities Program, 5 cities with county rights will be supported to local regional airport development projects. The technical development of the Debrecen International Airport will be set up. The Székesfehérvár‒Börgönd airport and industrial area will be developed. Implementation of development plans for the joint use (military-civil) Kecskemét airport. Implementation of improvements to extend the runway of the Békéscsaba airport will be set up. To examine the development opportunities needed for the further operation of the Szeged City Airport and to prepare the necessary measures for supporting the development of the city for the Government. The main purpose of this study is to provide a more detailed presentation of these projects to the wider public.
