Abstract
Those military air traffic controllers, who are well experienced and own appropriate skills, usually serve 6-8 months at the aerodromes of the TO. It is generally true that in a relatively short time they must own the skills and abilities to work in the new appointment, taking into account those differences that come from their training system, applied procedures in practice, different skills and last but not least different habits and behaviour that can be explained with cultural and national reasons. In the first part of the paper the author examines the structure of the targeted preparation and training system, and secondly those factors that could be important to make the system more effective and let the ATCs easily adoptable skills, which make them suitable for working in different environment.
