doi: 10.32560/rk.2019.2.12

Abstract

In joint operations, the air force takes part in providing fire support for ground troops and carries out air transport and the protection of important sites and concentration of troops, as well as air search and rescue tasks. In my article, I present the system of documents regulating the fire support tasks of the air force. I describe the possibilities of fire support to be provided by national tactical fixed-wing and helicopter forces through their tactical specification. I also present planning and coordination procedures related to air force fire support operations.
