Az Y generációs munkatársak megtartási lehetőségei a központi statisztikai hivatalban
Abstract
Nowadays and most probably during the upcoming years public administration organisations as well as their human resource management experts in Hungary and other members of the European Union are likely to face the challenge of guaranteeing stable supply of qualified and dedicated staff members in order to stay competitive and ensure high quality performance. Regarding this challenge the retention of Y generation employees is a key issue. Based on Hungarian and international literature on the topic and the results of my empirical research among young staff of the Hungarian Central Statistical Office (HCSO) a set of proposed actions is presented in the paper, which may provide solutions for HCSO and other organisations, which are facing similar strategic challenges in terms of HR management.
