The Literature of the Administrative Jurisdiction from 1945
Abstract
The study examines different scientific literatures published on the Hungarian administrative jurisdiction from 1945 to the present day. The relevant scientific publications about this topic can be systemised by following the chronology of historical science. Only scientific works were inspected, the variety of different publications and newspaper articles were left out form this summary. In the next two years following the Second World War the scientific discourse about administrative jurisdiction continued, however, the subject of the discussion was not supported by the new emerging power structure. The scientific discourse started slowly again after the judicial control was legally adopted into the legal system under the time of socialism. However, significant fluctuation could be observed after 1989. In the new millennium the number of scientific works increased further, more than ever before. This “rapid-publication” effect generated the phenomenon that only a smaller number of (preferred) works has become basic reference.
