About the Definition of the Asset Management Contract of National Assets

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to clarify the legal basis of the asset management contract of national assets. In theory, there are several authors whose articles are in connection with the different aspects of this contract although they do not define the notion of asset management, right of asset management and the asset management contract except for some nearly by-the-way sentences. The fiduciary asset management contract is codified in our current Civil Code, this is why the expression of asset management can be found more times compared to the earlier state, of course, and more than 90% of the articles are in connection with this contract. This is why we try to define the notion of asset management contract.
