Abstract

With the expiry of the Public Administration and Public Service Development Strategy 2014-2020, it is necessary to see the directions in which the Hungarian public administration can move forward in the coming years. We need to create a crisis-proof administration that can handle and adapt to external challenges, taking into account sustainability and the environmental changes affecting our planet. In view of all this, we need to take advantage of new forms of digital public administration, such as the possibilities provided by artificial intelligence, automatic decisionmaking, and the utilization and recycling of domestic data assets.
