The Winding-up Proceedings of the IRA in Cases of Insolvency

  • Virág Edit

Abstract

During my decades-long liquidation commission, I had several winding-up proceedings, I have been subject to bankruptcy proceedings and I have contributed to liquidation procedures. The practical experience gained thus proves that the ruined, insolvent economic operators have a very bad impact on our economic indicators and the efficiency of accountability in the large number of winding-up proceedings is still far behind. The degree to which companies are able to participate in social development has a significant impact on what sanctions can be applied in case of infringements.
I did my research in domestic public law and the connection between insolvency law. During my research in this subject I reviewed my project’s relation to the Inland Revenue Authority (IRA) and insolvency law. My investigation was not about the act of the law, it is only based on the major changes of the IRA, like the relation of the domestic law and the insolvency law. It can be established that the rules of liability and the obligation to pay compensation for damage have gradually evolved the rules which are also being applied more and more tightly.
