Abstract

The paper, using an in-depth analysis of the papers presented at the 2015 Annual Conference of the International Public Management Network, contributes to the debates within public administration in two ways. First, we analyze how the three pillars of public administration (law, political science and management) influence the theoretical, conceptual and research methodology approach and then the burning issues of governance and public administration – as presented in the papers – are discussed.
