Abstract

This article contains the excerpt of one of my acknowledged study at the National Conference of Scientific Students Association, Section of Political Sciences and Law Division of Administrative Law. I am looking for answers whether there can be any relation shown among the types of public service staffing systems and staff figures and the evolution of age composition.
The evaluation includes a summary about how much the practices of various countries and reforms coincide with international trends and to what extent do they converge with the processes of other countries. The selected and classified member states in accordance with the criteria of literature serve as subjects of studying these practices. Hungary’s current situation can be stated in this study together with the terms of modernizing the personnel portfolio with the help of comparative methods in order to determine its position in context with the examined countries.
The study can serve as a guideline for the coming national public service development.
